Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers?

What if I exceed my case limit?

Is there a contract?

Beta participants commit to 6 months minimum to give the platform a fair evaluation. After that, you can continue month-to-month or sign annual contracts for additional savings.

What's not included?

Do you offer refunds?
