Born from Frustration

Our founders spent years inside visa processing operations, dealing with the same patchwork of disconnected tools, manual processes, and outdated technology that you're probably dealing with today.

We watched talented teams spend 80% of their time on repetitive work instead of serving clients. We saw applicants abandon confusing PDF forms. We felt the stress of scaling by just adding more people to do the same manual tasks.

So we decided to build the platform we always wished we had.

Wincora brings together everything we learned from processing hundreds of thousands of visas, combined with modern AI, automation, and thoughtful product design. This isn't technology for technology's sake. This is a platform built by operators, for operators.

The Problem We Lived

5 to 10 disconnected tools. 4 to 6 hours of manual work per case. Scaling meant hiring, and margins shrank as we grew. We knew there had to be a better way.

What We Built

A purpose-built operating system for visa processing. Not a CRM with plugins, not a point solution. One platform that replaces your entire tech stack.

Our Promise

We're not here to sell you software. We're here to help you build a better business. Every feature exists because we needed it ourselves.

What We Believe

Operator-First

We build for the people doing the work, not executives who'll never touch the system. Every feature makes your team's daily job easier.

Automation That Works

Practical AI that handles the repetitive, not flashy demos. If it doesn't save your team real hours, we don't ship it.

Transparent Partnership

We're building this with you, not just for you. Your feedback shapes our roadmap. We're honest about capabilities and timelines.

Meet the Team

Built by the people who ran the world's largest visa operation, and left to build something better.

Why Now?

The visa processing industry is at an inflection point. Four forces are converging to create a once-in-a-generation opportunity.

Global Travel Recovery

International arrivals are surpassing pre-pandemic levels. Demand for visa services is accelerating faster than most operators can scale.

E-Visa Adoption

130+ countries now offer e-visa programs. Governments are moving online, and operators who can't automate submissions will fall behind.

AI Is Production-Ready

Conversational AI, document intelligence, and browser automation are no longer experimental. The technology to automate visa processing is finally mature.

Consolidation Is Coming

Operators who modernize will acquire those who don't. First movers will set the standard and the pricing for the industry.

The Risk of Waiting

600–900 hours lost to manual work monthly 30–50% applicant abandonment Competitors adopting modern tech Rejections from outdated requirements
