Integrate Visa Intelligence

Turn travel facts into a visa conclusion and tenant service availability.

Query from your backend

Use a server-side integration key with visa:query and the required reference permissions. A Traveler token cannot call this surface. Your backend can expose the resulting travel-search experience on your own website.

Intelligence works without creating a customer account, traveler record, or order. Send travel facts rather than names, passport numbers, contact details, or document bytes.

Collect the supported trip facts

Read country, purpose, and held-authorization codes from /intelligence/reference. Resolve free-text purpose when needed, then confirm the intent and travel dates.

A determination accepts one dated entry leg with an ordinary passport. Unsupported itinerary shapes must fail explicitly rather than being simplified.

Travel reference data

Create a determination

POST /intelligence/determinations persists the accepted facts and result. Render the visa conclusion separately from service availability. A service being unavailable does not mean the traveler needs no visa.

Keep the determination ID to create a quote through the Tenant API. Display source freshness, conditions, and uncertainty with the result.

Determine visa requirements

Continue into the customer journey

Select an available tenant product and service level, create a quote, and create an order. Provision identity access before issuing a customer token.

The customer then completes their case through the Traveler API. Intelligence, tenant operations, and traveler collection share the same underlying resources.
